The Main Harbor Control is not too hard to find, as it can be spotted near the sea. To find the building, head over to Port Ashika on the far southeast side of the map. It can be found in the H6/G6 area, so quickly drop down there and walk over to the pier. You will notice two buildings on either side of the pier. The building you have to get into is the smaller one, which is marked on the map below.

There are two flights of stairs that you need to take to get to the building’s front door. You will know you are in the right spot when you notice the white X outside the door and the word Main Harbor Control on it. Now all that is left is to use the key you have found to get inside, and you can find some loot as well as the key for the Water Pump Control Room.

If you haven’t found the key for the Main Harbor yet, you can get it by defeating the various Stronghold AI enemies and getting different keys as drops.
