Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous is the second title in the Pathfinder series after Kingmaker, but if you start playing the game, you will see a stark improvement in the gameplay, UX, and visuals. The game is a true successor and a great follow-up from an already successful title. The game currently has a lot of bugs and even so, it’s has a Very Positive ranking on Steam. That suffices to convey the emotions of users about the game so, amidst all the current issues, the voice-over may go away in the game and you would start to wonder if Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous is fully voiced? We will answer that question for you in the post.
Is there Voice-Over in the Entire Game – Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous?
Like most games, Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous is not voiced throughout the entirety of the game. Even though some games do have it like Biomutant, Deadfire, and DOS: 2, etc. The voice-over should disappear from the game somewhere after the intro scene before the cave.
So, Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous has a partial voice-over. The game is voiced during crucial stages only.
Creating a voice-over for the entire game costs a lot of money and time spent. And even after spending all the money and time, there are elements with the voice-over that can go wrong and ruin a good game. Hence, the developer Owlcat Games has chosen the safer option and stuck with a partial voice in the game.
So, that should clear up any doubt you may have about the voice disappearing being a bug in the game. Check out our game category for more informative guides and tips to play the game.
That sucks man.. it started out pretty good and then I was like.. all of sudden I must read everything.. thought it was a bug
Doubtful if I will continute to play it then
Yeah, that is why I enjoyed DOS2 so much. I prefer the full voice acted games. I actually miss out on a lot of games that people say are amazing because I am not playing a game to read a book. Which is essentially what it is. I have hated reading my whole life, even though I read very well. It’s really unfortunate that they chose to only voice act half of the game. I really enjoyed the intro but once I got the the mongrel base I thought the game had bugged on me because the voice acting just abruptly stopped. So I saved and restarted the game. To my disappointment. The voice acting was still gone. So, ultimately I had to learn here that the game isn’t fully voiced and now I am contemplating whether or not to refund the game.
