While you have the location, if the files on your system are hidden you won’t be able to see the game files or the game folder. Hence, follow the below steps to access the saved files for Humankind.
- Press Windows Key + R, type %appdata%, and Hit Enter
- Open the folder LocalLow and click on the three dots and click on Options
- Go to the View tab and toggle Show hidden files, folders, or drivers
- Now, go to AMPLITUDE Studios > Humankind

Nah sorry Harsh, your information is wrong or at least outdated, that folder only contains *-log files. (This is with the steam version of the game).
