Call of Duty: Vanguard Beta version is released now by Sledgehammer Games. The devs went over an overabundance of features coming to maps, multiplayer, gunsmith, including perks, and one new Hardpoint-type mode which is called Patrol. This mode drops an interesting twist to the gameplay. Before jumping into the Beta, players want to know how to win in Patrol Mode in Call of Duty: Vanguard. So, here we have provided a complete guide.
How to Win in Patrol Mode in Call of Duty: Vanguard
Patrol is a moving Hardpoint in COD: Vanguard. While Hardpoint features a set rotation of Hill which runs throughout the match, Patrol shows only one ‘scoring zone’.
Instead of moving forward for the next purpose, Patrol has only one capture point that is moving constantly onward. It starts with one single point on the map and moves on a preset course all over the entire battlefield. Like most of the other objective-based modes, you will earn points for your team if you’ll enter this zone. The longer you can maintain control in this scoring zone, the faster you will win this match. In order to win in Patrol mode in COD: Vanguard, you need to score 250. And this score can be accumulated through payers standing in the objective.
However, during the multiplayer mode, this game mode functions differently each time, it is played. In multiplayer mode, players can form new lines of view to surprise who are there on the objective.
Once you gain experience with this new mode and learn its method through every map, then you will come to know how to predict some spawns and play accordingly.
All in all, imagine Patrol mode as one constant game of Hardpoint, with different teams fighting to get control on a single objective.
That’s all for this guide on How to Win in Patrol Mode in Call of Duty: Vanguard.
