With more features, gorgeous visuals, and a large cast of WWE Superstars and Legends, WWE 2K23 is even stronger. WarGames is now available, and 2K Showcase is back with an interactive sports video about John Cena’s 20-year career.

Like its predecessor, WWE 2K23 combines modeling and arcade gaming. With the addition of online assistance for the Royal Rumble fight, WarGames makes its premiere in a WWE 2K game for the first time. With new features, game modes like MyFACTION, MyGM, Showcase, Universe, job option MyRISE, and a complete creative package are back. With commentary from John Cena, the cover hero of Showcase, players can relive some of the most memorable defeats in his career.

This year’s release allows players to finally access the WWE 2K23 Performance Center for online and practice bouts. In previous WWE games, this stadium was an option, but it wasn’t accessible in 2017 (apart from downloading it as a WWE creation by the community). Fortunately, even though the Performance Center venue is a simple unlockable to overlook, getting it in WWE 2K23 is not a challenge.

To access the WWE 2K23 Performance Center venue, you must first finish the tutorial. This is very easy to overlook, particularly for experienced WWE 2K22 players, because the gaming system for WWE 2K23 is very similar to its precursor. So getting through the lesson may appear to be a hassle and mainly needless. I must confess that I skipped the training at the beginning of the game as well.

Fortunately, you can perform the lesson there to activate the Performance Center if, like me, you totally disregarded the tutorial. Go to the options tab. People who mostly play Universe mode will be dissatisfied because this venue is exclusive to exhibition and internet modes. If you’re one of these individuals, we suggest pinging WWE 2K on social media to encourage them to bring the Performance Center over to Universe mode, as it appears to be a simple change for Visual Concepts to make. It just won’t have many people or exits.
