In Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, there are some characters who you can unlock in the Great Temple on Yavin to add to your roster. These are five in number and you can collect them all by doing some quests. Note that you might have to priorly own some characters such as a Bounty Hunter to get some of these new ones.
All Yavin Great Temple Characters Unlock Guide in Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga
Garven Dreis
This is a Hero character who you can find by navigating down one of the halls in the Great Temple. You will need to complete a space fight mission and battle four waves of Tie Fighters with the Red Leader. After you have defeated the four waves, the Yellow Leader will show up who you have to defeat to complete the mission and get Garven Dreis for your team.

G8-R3
This is an Astromech character who can be unlocked in a quest that is located above the hanger. There is a hologram here that you need to look into in order to find the rebel, and interact with the green icons that are people. Once you have enough information you will need to walk outside into the ruins and find the character with a banana in his hand which will unlock Woola-man’s Best Friend, G8-R3.
Mon Mothma
The quest that you need to do to unlock this Hero character is called the Run Run Runyip mission, and you will need to have a Bounty Hunter in your team as well. You will need to go into the room above the hanger and use the Bounty Hunter to speak with the character who will give you the task of fighting three rodents. Once you have finished the quest, she will ask you to beat three plants and some guards. Once you have successfully finished all the quests, Mon Mothman will be unlocked.
Jek Porkins
This is a Hero Character called Jek Porkins and to unlock him, you will need to play the shooting mini-game. You need the gold medal, which is the first prize. Once you have achieved it, Jek Porkins will be available for you.
Emperor’s Royal Guard
The Villain character can be unlocked in the room above the hanger which has the Astromech. Collect nine Bounty Hunters and return to this area to finish the quest and unlock the Emperor’s Royal Guard.
