Robin is the character who will be doing the accessory fusing. In order to start using this mechanism, you will need to unlock it. The first thing that you will need to do if you want to unlock accessory fusion in One Piece Odyssey is to make your way to chapter 3.
When you are returning to Waford from Alabasta, you will come across a cutscene with Lin. She will tell you about a robot in the camp that you need to investigate. Robin will then produce some arms to operate the robot and you will unlock the mechanism to make accessory fusing possible.
If you want to fuse items together, these are the three possible outcomes:
- Complete – Original value of the fused item will move into the host item.
- Success – 150% of the fused item’s value will move into the host item.
- Triumph – 200% of the fused item’s value will move into the host item.
To fuse items, you will need a purple accessory with stat slots anywhere from 2 to 4. The empty blocks can hold the stats of another item depending on your fuse level. If you want to remove the fusing, you will need to find and talk to an NPC called Yoisa, who you can come across in the wild later in the game.
