When you start the ‘City on Fire’ quest and when you attack the Gray Garrison in one of the rooms on the ground floor, you will find 6 stone statues with the walls. There will be 3 statues of angels and 3 statues of men. All of these statues hold a hammer, a staff, or only a shield with a sword or only a sword.

Then kill all the enemies and then pick up the prayer which is lying near the altar. This is our main key to solve this Grey Garrison Statue Puzzle.
