- Getting a level 100 Pokemon is not enough to fight Cinderance unless you have maxed out their stats. You need to EV train your Pokemon to max out two stats- Attack and HP. EV Train varies based on your chosen Pokemon. If your Pokemon already has a high Special Attack power, you must EV train its Special Attack to maximize its value.
