Currently, you can pre-order and download the ‘Champions’ and ‘Ultimate’ edition of the game, but the game goes live only on 9th Oct. However, there is a glitch with the game that’s existed in past titles. You just have to change the location and time zone of your Xbox to New Zealand and that will give you access to the game right away. FIFA 2021 is set to release in New Zealand today on 6th Oct. But, the glitch only works for Xbox users, other will still have to wait for the game to release.
In order to play the game now, go the System from the Xbox Settings and change the Location and Time Zone, reset the console, and you are good to go. Enjoy the game before the world.
Once the process has been collected, it’s best to change the location back even though a user on Twitter thinks region locking does not occur on Xbox as he’s played several tilts over the years without any problem.
