Players are familiar with the term ‘New World Guilds’ but in this game, it is simply called ‘Companies” in New World. In this game, you can create a company and then you can invite your friends or other players to join into it so you all together can dominate territories or you can just hang out casually. How to Make or Create a Company in New World

To create a Company in New World is very straightforward. However, before moving to the process of company creation in New World, you should know that you’ll want to be in any of the factions.

Fortunately, you can do it just by following some quests or any of the faction agents in your town. Thus, after joining any of the 3 main factions in New World, you can create or join a company by clicking on the company menu below the company tab. Here are some simple and easy steps to follow.

1. First of all, go to the menu and click on the company tab (shortcut is press ‘M’ on your keyboard)

2. When the game asks you if you want to create a company, click on ‘Yes’.

3. Then pick a name for your company, customize your company’s logo, choose the color and then click on ‘Create Company’.

That’s done, you’ve created your own company successfully, and now you can invite other players to your company and make a large club to accomplish PvP events, claim New World Settlements, or just hang out in New World.

In a company, you can add up to 100 players, however, it can be only one Governor and you can transfer it also. Any player can easily create his own company through the main storyline. But make sure to unlock it early in Windsward when you start completing various quests.
