You can spot the Hydreigon and Dragapult Tera Raids after you have unlocked 4-Star and 5-Star raids. You can unlock 4-Star raids by getting 7 Gym Badges, and 5-Star raids can be unlocked after completing all 3 storylines and entering the post-game section. Once you have unlocked the 4-Star and 5-Star raids, you can start looking around for the Hydreigon and Dragapult Tera Raids.

The raids will be marked by glowing or sparkling Tera Raid symbols on the map. If you cannot find them, then you need to download the latest news from the Poke Portal first.
