Mead that Increase Stamina
Medium Stamina Mead
There is nothing like the Stamina potion in Valheim when it comes to stamina boost. It provide a massive stamina of 160, more than double of the best food. To make the potion, you have first craft the Medium Stamina Mead base in the Cauldron and ferment it in the Fermenter to make the potion.
Tasty Mead
All meads are first crafted in the Cauldron and then the Fermenter is used. The same applies to the Tasty Mead and it provides Stamina regen +300%.
Food that Increase Stamina
Cooked Serpent Meat
When it comes to food that increase the max stamina and health, there is nothing like the cooked serpent meat. When you kill a serpent, the Serpent Meat is a confirmed drop. From one serpent, you can get 3-7 serpent meat. The meat increases the max health by 70 and stamina by 40. The effect lasts for half hour. Once you can the cooked serpent meat, you can also make Serpent Stew out of using the Cauldron.
Sausages
Like most edibles, the sausage is also made using the Cauldron and requires ingredients such as 2 Entrails, 1 raw meat, and 4 Thistle. The stamina boost provided by sausage is the same as serpent meat, which is 40, but it provide lesser health boost of 60.
Cooked Meat
When you kill an animal in the game, you will acquire raw meat that can be cooked over the cooking station to make the cooked meat. The meat can be dropped by either boar or deer. It provides a max stamina of 20 and max health of 40.
Cooked Fish
Similar to the meat, the fish you catch in the game, will give you fish meat that can be put on the cooking station to make the cooked fish. It gives a stamina of 25 and health of 45. To fish in the game, you first need to acquire the fishing rod and bait from Haldor the vendor.
Grilled Neck Tail
This is another type of food dropped by Neck mobs in the game. You can consume it for increased stamina of 20 and health of 35. The Neck is found in the Meadows and Black Forest biome.
Queen’s Jam
Using the Cauldron you can make the Queen’s Jam with resources 8 Raspberries and 8 Blueberries. The stamina provided by the Queen’s Jam is 40 and the health boost provided is 30. In one recipe, you can make 4 Queens Jam.
