Dinkum is a farming and life sim game from independent Australian developer James Bendon. You can farm crops, plant seeds, raise animals and create an island of your very own for a lot of villagers to live in. There are a lot of old and new elements alike in the game which make it invigorating and familiar at the same time. The island is surrounded by beaches, and there are plenty of things that you can collect here. In this guide, we will take you through the process of how to increase health and stamina in Dinkum.
How to Increase Health and Stamina Bars in Dinkum
At the top left corner of your screen in Dinkum, you have probably noticed the red and yellow bars which are your health and stamina respectively. These will go down if you get hit or exert yourself through actions, but you can replenish them.

All you need to do is eat food to get those bars back to full again. Note that you can eat only three pieces of food at a time before you have to wait for a countdown on the account of fullness.
However, if you want to increase the bars themselves, there is a way. For health, you might want to increase your maximum limit if you are fighting some tough enemies. You will need to eat Cooked Croco Meat for this purpose. This will improve the health bar for the rest of the day until you sleep or die.
As for stamina, in order to increase the maximum amount, you will need to eat Cooked Giant Drumstick. Both of these food items require a bit of hunting and exploration, but they are well worth it. It’s a good idea to stock up on both of these options because you never know when you’ll need them.
