In order to increase City Capacity in Humankind, the following things you will need to discover while playing Humankind.


Studying different types of technologies from the Tech Tree is very much important to increase City Cap in Humankind. There are a total of 7 applied technologies that allow +1 City Cap when they are discovered. Here is a list of all technologies.

1. Foreign Outposts from Classical Era

2. Philosophy from the Classical Era

3. Mercantilism from Early Modern Era

4. Supply Lines from Early Modern Era

5. Three-Mated Ship from Early Modern Era

6. Theology from Medieval Era and 

7. Urban Planning from Industrial Era


When you address the Leadership Civic on the Small Council choice, you may also earn +1 City Cap. Conversely, if you are a fan of strategy games, then you should spend a little bit more time to consider whether that option helps the thought to envision for their empire before choosing it, as it pushes them away from the influence and toward freedom. Furthermore, if you will select Small Council, it will draw you to the Political Entitlement Civic and for that, you will need to select a Liberty and Tradition option.

Legacy Trait
