How to Feed on Resonant Blood in Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodhunt

Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodhunt has a lot of challenges for you to complete which can be confusing to understand as there isn’t much information on how to go about them in the game itself. There are a couple of specific tasks that you will be doing in the game, so it’s a good idea to become familiar with them before you start any challenges.

One of the things that the game encourages is to feed from humans right from the early stages, but it doesn’t have much of a tutorial on how to do so. You will need to wander around the city of Prague and find unsuspecting humans to feed from, while at the same time shielding yourself from other civilians to protect the code of the Masquerade.

As all humans have a specific blood type, you will be able to get more of them if you feed from a variety of humans. Some of them have resonant blood, which refers to the four differently colored slots at the bottom of your screen under health. You will be able to identify Resonant blood based on the colour on your screen. If you fill the slots of a particular Resonant Blood, your character will gain some perks.

These benefits include lowering the cooldown timers of abilities to make you a stronger vampire among others. You can check what blood type a human has by approaching them, and then using your vampire vision to view it. You can decide whether you want to feed on the human.
