To get Fluxweed Stem in Hogwarts Legacy, either head to the Magic Neep in Hogsmeade or grow the fluxweed stem in a large Pot in the Room of Requirement.
A Fluxweed Stem in Hogwarts Legacy can be found at The Magic Neep in Hogsmeade. Fluxweed Stem can be purchased there for 150 Galleon, or Fluxweed seeds can be purchased for 350 Galleon. Refer to the below image for the exact location.
