The three different in-game currencies help you buy different items in the game. Apex Coins can be used to buy items in the in-game store, while Legend Tokens help unlocks new characters. Crafting Tokens on the other hand will help you buy and unlock cosmetic items.

Crafting Metals can be gotten by opening up Apex Packs, or the small loot robot crates. Opening up more packs will help you earn more Crafting Metals at a faster rate. Each time you level up, you can get a pack. While getting them might be sufficient while you are in the lower levels, you will soon realize that while progressing through the levels, the amount of Crafting Metals you get is not enough, especially if you are looking to craft a legendary item.

There are different types of crafting metal bundles within each pack that give you varying amounts of Crafting Metal:

  • Common – 15 Pieces
  • Rare – 30 Pieces
  • Epic – 200 Pieces
  • Legendary – 600 Pieces

After grinding for the required Crafting Metal, you will now be wondering how to spend it all. Go to the Legends Tab in the lobby and you can check out all the skins and armory you wish to equip on your preferred character.
