If you have been using Waygates throughout your gameplay, then you would realize how painstaking it is to get rid of everything in your inventory, since you cannot carry any loot through the waygate. However, there is an easier way to travel with all the loot still on you. Here we will see how to use Cave Passages in V Rising.

There are three ways to travel around Vardoran, either on horseback, using Waygates or Cave Passages. We have already seen how Waygates work, and how restrictive it is. Luckily, you also have Cave Passages that you can use to get from one point to another. Cave Passages are usually located on cliffs, and you can identify a passage from the red glowing cracks found on the rocky walls beside the entrance. If you get an option to interact with it once you are near it, you can press and hold down the F key to use the cave.
The drawback to using the cave system is that the travel points are linear, so you cannot choose another location even if you try. Also, these entrances are usually placed in hard-to-reach areas, so you will have to take on an animal form to reach there, and also for getting down the same way.
