COD: Vanguard – How to Turn Off Voice Chat
When it comes to disabling the voice chat, you have several options from in-game options to your PC. The simplest way to turn off the chat from the PC would be to lower the volume to the lowest, but I guess you already know that. You want to know about the in-game options.
To turn off the voice chat in Call of Duty: Vanguard, go to the Settings Menu and then to the Audio settings. Go to the Voice Chat option. If you click on the Voice Chat options, you will be presented with several choices such as:
- On
- Off
- Mute Everyone Except Party
- Mute Everyone Except Friends
Depending on your preference, you can choose the option. Choosing Off will completely disable the voice chat feature and you won’t be able to hear anyone. Other options include to mute everyone except party members or except friends.
How to Mute a Person in Call of Duty: Vanguard
If you want to mute a specific person in the game while having the voice chat on, the game allows you to do that as well. You can mute on specific players or a few players. To mute a person or multiple players in-game, go to the Scoreboard Menu using the touchpad. Select the player you want to mute and hit the cross button. You can do the same for any other player. Once you do that, you won’t be able to hear the player you have muted.
