Forspoken is the latest action-adventure game by Square Enix, released on 24th January 2023. When playing an action role-playing game, it is expected that some challenging boss will appear, and players must defeat them to progress through the game. Similarly, in Forspoken, players will find a few bosses, and Tanta Sila is one among them. If you have been struggling to fight the boss, this guide will help you defeat it.
Tanta Sila Beating Process in Forspoken- How to Beat?
If you are a fan of action-adventure games, you have heard about Forspoken for sure. In this game, the protagonist Frey Holland is taken to a magical world ruled by Tantas. The Tantas as the ruthless rulers and the most challenging enemies in the game. Tanta Sila is technically the first boss you encounter during the game, and you may get confused about how to defeat this enemy.
Reaching Tanta Sila is not easy, but when you face her in a one-to-one fight, you’ll realize that this boss is aggressive and deadly. Because she is the first major boss you face, we recommend not to take her lightly; if you do, you’ll be wrong. Tanta Sila is best at Fire magic, and she has a series of attacks that you need to dodge- from her projectiles to swing of the fire blades- players need to dodge every attack.
Though it seems impossible to defeat the enemy at some points, let me tell you, it is not. She is challenging but not unbeatable. We recommend you to be prepared for the fight with spells like Disperse, Scatter Shot, Burst Shot, Tendril, and Bind. To heal fast, ensure to keep Valorous and Orison. These equipment boost your health and Auto-heal.
The fight has three phases; the more you progress, the more the boss will attack you aggressively. In the beginning, the boss will attack you with the melee weapon and charge a chain of fireballs you need to avoid using your parkour skills. In this phase, focus on using the Scatter Shot spell. During the fight, you can sometimes take cover behind the pillars to avoid Sila’s attack.
Once you break half of Sila’s mask and wash out 25% of her health, the second phase of the fight begins. A cut scene will start where Sila seems angry and summons an army of armored men to fight by her side. This fight becomes more intense because you have several enemies to defeat together. While her army attacks you, Sila won’t stay quiet. She will also attack you with her fire blades. During this phase, use Burst Shot, Bind, and Tendril in turns. Use these spells while aiming at the feet of the armored soldiers to take them down. However, ensure to avoid incoming attacks because they deal tons of damage.
After you defeat all the soldiers and make Tanta Sila remains at 25% health, the final phase of the battle begins with a cutscene where you can see her appearance and the battle arena changes. Tanta Sila is now glowing with fire, and her attacks become more deadly and rapid. She will use the Fireball attack, but the fireballs are much bigger now. Also, she will attack you with the fire blades.
During the final stage, her health bar will be refilled, and her attacks will become deadly, but her defense will worsen. So, it will be a good opportunity for the players to attack the boss with Bind, Tendril, Burst Shot, and other spells while avoiding her attacks. In this phase, your spells will drain the boss’s health faster. She will frequently fill the ground with fire, so make sure to jump on a pillar and not step on the firey ground. Keep attacking her during this phase, and eventually, she will be defeated.
That’s all you need to know about how to beat Tanta Sila in Forspoken. Beating the boss will unlock Might and Man achievement and Tanta Sila’s Magic. You can now use her magic.
