To craft gems in the game, you will need to gather a few materials first. You will need GemStones, Ether Cylinders, other random materials depending on the Gem being created, and a certain amount of Nopon coins. You can find the requirements for each gem in the gem crafting menu. To craft your gem, you need to unlock and rest at a Rest Stop. Over here, you can head over to the crafting menu and craft the required gem. Once you craft your gem, you can equip it with multiple members in your party. One gem can be used by many characters. Also, you can increase the level of each gem to make it more powerful, but the materials and coins needed to craft it will also become difficult to get and expensive.

Attacker (Red)
- Steelcleaver: Gives 20 Attack
- Accurate Grace: Gives 20 Dexterity
- Analyze Weakness: Increases the damage bonus for critical hits by 20%
- Swelling Scourge: Boosts Debuff Power on enemies by 25%
- Refined Incantation: Extends the duration of debuffs given to enemies by 25%
Defender (Blue)
- Tailwind: Gives 10 Agility
- Steel Protection: Increases the Block Rate percentage by 5%
- Ultimate Counter: When taking damage, will also deal damage up to 80%
- Brimming Spirit: Increases aggro while performing Battle Arts by 20%
- Perilous Presence: Each match will begin with aggro
Healer (Green)
- Lifebearer: Gives 20 Healing
- Soothing Breath: Increases healing by 5 and revives with 20% more HP while reviving an ally.
- Lifesaving Expertise: Increases revival speed on allies by 20%, also boosts healing by 5
- Swelling Blessing: Increases buffs effects on self by 25%
- Refined Blessing: Increases buff duration on self by 25%
Speciality (Yellow)
- Ironclad: Increased HP by 100
- Steady Striker: Shortens duration between auto-attacks by 15%
- Doublestrike: Gives a 15% chance to double strike per auto-attack
- Empowered Combo: Increases damage dealt while canceling by 25%
- Disperse Bloodlust: Reduces aggro generated by 20% while using Art
To unlock Gem slots, you need to continue playing the game till you meet the requirements to unlock them. You get the first slot unlocked after completing Chapter 2, and you can unlock the 2nd and 3rd slot after reaching the level requirements.
