Forspoken is the latest game released on PC via Steam and PS5 today. The game is developed by Luminous Production and published by Square Enix.
Forspoken follows Frey, a New Yorker who finds herself transported into the World of Athia. After transporting, Frey can use magical abilities and can equip equipment like Necklaces, Cloaks and Nails to increase her abilities to explore the world of Athia and defeat enemies as well.
While exploring, Frey can also encounter monuments as well. Monuments provide stat boosts like +5 defence, so they are very useful. In this guide, you will learn how to clear monuments in Forspoken.
How to clear Monuments in Forspoken?
There are a total of 54 monuments in the world of Athia and players need to reach them and clear them for the rewards.
In order to clear monuments, players need to follow these steps:
- Players need to find the monuments in the open world of Athia.
- After finding the monument and players just need to walk to the monuments.
- Players need to remove “the break” from the monuments.
- And they collect the rewards
Now to remove “the break” from the monuments, players can use charge attacks repeatedly (the easiest method). Players can also use their abilities to remove the seal. After attacking the seal repeatedly, a player will get a cutscene showing them absorbing the power of the monument into Frey and she will receive the stat from each monument claimed.
NOTE: The location of monuments is not shown on the world map, so players need to explore the open world of Athia to find them.
There is also an achievement/ trophy for clearing all the monuments in the game called “Pilgrimage: Adept”.
