It is always a good idea to be ready and have every advantage available when facing a challenge. In order to succeed in the Cult of the Lamb, having the appropriate clothing or fleeces will be essential in your effort to win over more adherents and keep the unbelievers at bay. Here is all the information you need to know about switching between clothing and fleeces in Cult of the Lamb.
How to Change Fleeces in Cult of the Lamb and their benefits
In Cult of the Lamb, changing your fleece or clothing is a straightforward process. You can choose to buy new fleeces in the Temple’s “Crown” section and decide which you want to wear at any given time.
You’ll need to finish a few side quests, like the ones in Spore Grove or the Fishing Village, in order to increase your options. You will be given pieces of a talisman once it is finished. You can unlock more outfits at the Temple if you collect them all.
Benefits of Fleeces in Cult of the Lamb
Different outfits not only change the appearance of your cape, but they also add buffs and debuffs.
The Fleece of the Diseased Heart, for example, will give you a diseased heart every time a Tarot card is drawn, but if you die, you will lose all of your items. There are risks and rewards involved, but the added benefits are frequently worth it. We’ve listed them all for you, along with their descriptions, down below.
- Fleece of the Lamb – Standard fleece with no added benefits. Damage dealt increases after a kill, but resets when hit. Take double the damage.
- Golden Fleece – Damage dealt increases after a kill, but resets when hit. Take double the damage.
- Fleece of the Glass Cannon – Curses deal double damage and cost half the Fervour, but melee weapon damage and health are reduced by half.
- Fleece of the Diseased Heart – Gain a diseased heart whenever a tarot card is drawn, but all items are lost if killed.
- Fleece of the Fates – Draw four tarot cards at the start of a run, but no more can be drawn after that.
- Fleece of Fragile Fortitude – Replace all hearts with 1.5x the number of blue hearts.
