Marill is a Water and Fairy Type Pokemon that can be found in the water bodies surrounding Paldea. As you can see in the map of the Pokedex below, you will be able to find Marill only in the yellow-marked areas.
This is a first-generation Pokemon, so you might already be familiar with how it looks. You can find it in the waterbodies of the areas marked out. Make sure to check out the South Province carefully, as well as Los Platos and Cascaraffa. They will be found in the waterways around the city.
Once you have found the Water Type Pokemon, you can defeat it easily as it is not very powerful. That’s all you need to do to catch it. Later, you can even evolve it to more powerful Pokemon such as Azurill and Azumarill. You can use the most evolved Azumarill for Ranked battles, for which you can get some information in our guide here: Best Azumarill Build for Ranked Battle in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.
