After talking to Dorran the Centaur near the puzzle, you have to start solving it to get past the door. Pay attention to the glowing symbols on the door first, two symbols are glowing. You will find the same symbols glowing on the circular plates on the ground as well.
There are also three ruin towers in the area, one in the center and two on the rings surrounding the central ruin. The two rings can be moved using Accio. Press the button on the central ruin to make the other two ruins shed some light. Your goal here is to shine the light coming from the two movable ruins to the glowing symbols that you saw on the door,
You can use Accio to move the towers left or right using the hook on them. You also have to pay attention to the positioning of the towers. They should be placed exactly on the circular rim within each ring. Below is the solution to the puzzle.
You just have to reposition the tower on the outer ring and bring it to the back, near the door. Place it inside the circular rim facing the opposite side of the symbol on the door to unlock it.
