You can find these items by paying attention to the story as well as your surrounding as you are exploring. They might be difficult to find at first, but all it takes is a keen eye.
There are six books in the Genshin world, and collecting all of them will grant you the Explorer achievement. Four of these are Heart of Clear Springs. Collecting these four will reward you with the Voice of Flowing Water trophy. These are grouped below according to the location and by the order you are most likely to find them.
Springvale
You will find the first book in Springvale, in a flower barrel next to Draff, who is Head of the Hunters and Diona’s father.
Mondstadt
There are two books in Mondstadt. The first one is on a table in the town plaza, close to the Cat’s Tail tavern.
The second Heart of Clear Springs book in Mondstadt, and the third overall, is on a bookshelf between two identical couches, in the first room on the left inside the Knights of Favonius Headquarters.
Dawn Winery
In Dawn Winery, look into a bookshelf at the corner of the Winery underneath the staircase.
