Genshin Impact Version 3.0 has already begun its latest Lost Riches event which is actually a rerun event with its Sumeru version being its second rerun- the first being in Inazuma and the original being in Liyue. Newer players can claim a companion Seelie in this event along with the various rewards and a hefty total of 420 Primogems.
Lost Riches Event in Genshin Impact 3.0
You start the Lost Riches event by talking to Ulman who veteran players have met before since he’s always been the one to bring this quest to Travelers. Travelers can teleport to the northeastern waypoint in Sumeru City or the Chinavat Ravine waypoint to easily get to Ulman. Once you talk to him he gives you the quest and you get your companion blue Treasure Seelie will be available during the duration of the quest.
Once you get the event, you can open the event screen and click on the Lost Riches event details to see the area you have to scout each day. Every day a new area unlocks. Once you reach these areas you have to collect 3 blue energy orbs which are usually placed close by and even visible on the mini-map as you move around. Once within the given area, do equip your Treasure-Seeking Seelie to begin the challenge.
Do note that a majority of the time these will be suspended midair so you’ll have to glide from tall points, use Tri-Lakshana Mushrooms or Four-Leaf Sigils to reach and collect these. You’ll find these nearby of course and there’s no rush since this part of the challenge doesn’t have a timer.
Once you collect all 3 energy orbs and your Treasure-Seeking Seelie is glowing bright blue, it’ll direct you to the final challenge spot which you can even see in the overworld. This challenge is timed and you’ll have to collect a fixed amount of green orbs while defeating monsters. Not all of them will appear at the same time so you’ll have to keep defeating enemy mobs for further green orbs to appear.
Once complete you can “Dig” at the yellow glowing spot to reveal an Exquisite Treasure Chest which will award you with Ancient Iron Coins which you can then use to exchange for various rewards at the Event Exchange Store in the event screen. You can exchange a total of 240 Primogems from the Store and completing each challenge will give you 30 Primogems as a reward.
Thus a total of 420 Primogems can be earned in this event along with Elemental Crystals, Sumeru Weapon Enhancement Materials and Sumeru Talent Books. It’s also to be noted that only players AR20 and above can participate in this event. As the grand prize, players can claim any one Companion Seelie from the given colour options.
