There are a few places where you can quickly get your hands on the Electro Crystal.

Mondstadt Electro Crystal Location in Genshin Impact

Two areas are great for farming Electro Crystals, and those are Dadaupa Gorge, Cape Oath, and Stormterror’s Lair. If you are looking for a larger quantity, then head over to Stormterror’s Lair first and farm the crystals before heading over to the other two areas.

Liyue Electro Crystal Location in Genshin Impact

Liyue is not too densely populated with Electro Crystals, but you can find some areas to mine for them. You can find a few farming nodes near Luhua Pool, as well as near the eastern cliffside of Wuwang Hill.

Inazuma Electro Crystal Location in Genshin Impact

You can find Electro Crystal nodes all across the Inazuma region. While it is not densely packed, you can collect a fair amount in certain areas. Most of the islands in the region have a couple of nodes, especially on Narukami, Yashiori, Kannazuka, and even on Enkanomiya Islands.

Sumeru Electro Crystal Location in Genshin Impact

Sumeru is another great region to farm Electro Crystals, especially in the Sumeru desert. In Sumeru, you can head north from Pardis Dhyai, and on the other side of the mountains, you can find the Electro Crystal nodes. But if you are looking for a larger quantity, you can head over to the northern section of the Sumeru desert. The Sands of al-Azif and The Sands of Three Canals are two places where you can gather Electro Crystals.

How to Break and Mine Electro Crystals in Genshin Impact

When you encounter the Electro Crystal node, use any Pyro character and use a pyro attack to break the node and mine the crystal.

How to Use Electro Crystals in Genshin Impact

As mentioned above, these crystals are used for crafting purposes. You can create Shocking Essential Oil, Insulation Potion, and the NRE (Menu 30) with the electro crystal.
