You need to find a sandstorm first to complete this achievement. You can frequently come across them in the Sumeru desert area, especially in the new Desert of Hadramaveth section. Just keep walking around till you find a sandstorm happening within your vicinity.

Once you spot a sandstorm, just walk or glide into it. You will automatically get the achievement if you go near a sandstorm. You should note that sandstorms will give you reduced visibility, so having Jinni in the Magic Bottle will be quite handy here. If you don’t have Jinni in the Magic Bottle Liloupar, you need to complete The Dirge of Bilqis questline to find it.

As a reward, you will get 5 Primogems for the achievement.
