The FIFA Ultimate Team web and mobile interface is currently having issues when players are trying to log in. The latest FUT 23 companion and web application shows an error whenever a player tries to use their credentials, where the messages shows that access has expired.
This has been a recurring error through the years, and but most times it does get rectified on its own. If you are getting this error, there is nothing to worry about you are not alone in this. Thousands of players are getting the error and the issue is likely due to server maintenance. We do not have the exact details, but the servers are rumored to be offline from 5am to 1pm UTC.
So, if you are getting this error, don’t worry and hold tight. You should be able to play the game and check your rewards once the servers are back online. Incase you are still unable to log in after the allocated time, it is best to uninstall FIFA 23 from your console or system, reinstall it, then log in and then log out of the FUT app. When you log back in for the last time, you should get through the error.
You should also ensure that the email ID being used is the same for the app and your FIFA account. You can check if the email is the same when you head over to Customize > Online Settings > EA Account. You have to check that the game is updated to the latest version, and that you are playing FIFA 23 using the FUT 23 app. And finally, if you are still unable to log in, you should put up a ticket with the support team for EA and hopefully you will have this issue fixed.
