First, you need to check whether your audio options are working in your system. You can check your microphone settings under your PC audio settings, and you should also set your primary mic as your default. If everything is working fine, you should notice the microphone responding to the mic test. Next, check your in-game settings to check if the mic option is enabled. Also, while you are here, it is best to enable the Push to Talk service, so that you get a dedicated key to use the mic and audio instead of the auto-detect.
Now, you will have to check if your audio drivers and mic port are working clearly. You can check for your audio driver update by opening up the Run command and typing in devmgmt.msc. Click on OK to open up the Device Manager and expand the Audio section. Find your device, right-click on it, and select the Update Drivers option. Enable Automatic update to update your drivers without your help in the future, and disable the speakers under the audio. Once your audio drivers are updated, you can check if your mic port is in good condition or if you need to swap the mic component. Use a different mic to play the game to check whether it is a port or mic problem.
You can change the config file of your mic and set it to the default system device. To do this, go to Documents > Warzone > Players > Config. Open the cfg file and change all the fields from the default communication device to the default system device. Save the settings, then right-click on the config file > properties > enable read-only. Now you can set your in-game microphone input to your preferred mic.
If all the above don’t work, you can try to uninstall and reinstall the game, or contact support to get their help in fixing the issue.

Update 1: 06 August 2022 to Fix Voice Chat in Warzone
If you are on the console, specifically the Xbox console, updating the controller software may fix the issue. Even when there is no update, just go through the motions and there is a chance that the voice chat can work again.
Another fix that you can try, regardless of your console is – when you are at the Menu or in the Lobby together, press the Mute All Party then Un-Mute All Party. This should suffice to fix the issue in most cases.
