Warzone is plagued by a slew of different error codes, and the vexing dev error was only recently patched. However, as with every patch, we received a new error code. Given the number of players and games integrated into Warzone, it’s not surprising that so many error codes appear. Hopefully, Raven and Activision will learn from these mistakes and keep them to a minimum in Warzone 2.
Warzone Error Code 11328 prevents you from playing the game by trapping you in an endless loop of “Fetching Online Profile.” The issue appears to be with your Activision account, which the game cannot access for some reason. The issue appears to be more prevalent on the Xbox, but it can affect anyone.
Unfortunately, Error Code 11328 isn’t new, and it’s appeared a few times before. The Season 4: Reloaded patch appears to have brought this error code back to life, and it is now haunting innocent players.
So, in this Guide, we will cover all the possible fixes for Error Code 11328 in Warzone.
Possible fixes for Warzone Error Code 11328
With most of the error codes Warzone, there is always a possibility that the servers may be to blame. The same goes for the Warzone 11328 error. if you get this error, the first thing you should do is check the servers.
Verify the Servers
At the time of writing, there is a large number of players who have been affected by this error code 11328. The error message indicates that the game is stuck at fetching profile update. As the servers are down, the client cannot fetch profile updates which result in the error 11328. The error has been so widespread that Raven Software acknowledged the issue on Twitter.
About 4 hours back, Raven Software claimed that the issue has been fixed and players should be able to resume the game. Reports on Downdetector also indicate that a majority of players who had the issue have returned to the game. There have only been 4 reports on Downdetector in the past hour, so that’s good news.
Whenever you get an error in Warzone, it’s always a good idea to verify the status of the servers. Sometimes, the official channels may not report issues in a region or minor glitches. A website like Downdetector can help you with that.
If you get the Warzone error 11328 at a later date and it’s not the servers to blame, below are some fixes you can try.
Restart Router
Sometimes all you need to do is restart your router, which seems to work wonders when it comes to online games. Simply unplug your router, wait a few seconds, and then reconnect it. You can restart Warzone as soon as the internet is restored. If that does not work, reset the router to clear any bad cache that could be causing connectivity issues. The reset button is at the back of the router. Press it and you are good to go. The router will reboot.
Restart Warzone
The majority of the time, a simple restart will suffice. This allows the game to look for your Activision account a second time. If this method does not work right away, you may have to try it several times. if the devs have pushed an update to patch any server issues and your game was open while the update arrived, the game may not get the fix, so restarting Warzone should also help fix the issue.
Switch to Mobile Internet
Switching to mobile internet is only suggested for testing purposes. Sometimes a particular ISP can have issues connecting to a specific server. The internet may work fine when you connect to other game servers or simply browse, but it cannot connect to the Activision servers. Switching to another ISP or the mobile internet will determine if that’s the cause.
Download the Latest Patch/Update
Ensure that Warzone is current and using the most latest versions. You must click the settings button and then choose “Search for Updates” in the Battle.net launcher. On a console, all you have to do is hover over the game and press the options button. You should occasionally uninstall some game packages and reinstall them.
Repair Game Files
If none of the above-said options were successful, drastic action would be required. You have the choice to scan and repair games on PC. This procedure checks the game for corrupt data, then reinstalls it. But you need to be patient because this might take a lot of your time.
Since Warzone is so large, you’ll also need to exercise patience if you have to reinstall the entire game. You’d be surprised at how many issues a fresh installation of the game can fix.
