Activision and Blizzard Entertainment have relied on the in-house launcher Battle.Net for quite some time for all their game launches. And while the launcher is one of the best in the market in terms of intuitiveness, it’s been causing a few errors for users of Warzone and other Call of Duty titles. Two errors acknowledged on the Activision website are the error BLZBNTBNA00000012 and the error BLZBNTBNA00000015. In this post, we will help you fix the Warzone Error BLZBNTBNA00000015 on the Battle.Net launcher. We already have a very effective guide for the first error, which we have linked.

Reinitialize the Game in Battle.Net
This fix has worked for us for a similar error, so we hope it works in this one too. Here is how you can replicate the fix.
- Go to the folder where the game is installed. You can just hit the settings icon/cogwheel and choose “Show in explorer”
- Create a new folder and move the entire game folder “Call of Duty Modern Warfare” there.
- Now, reboot the Battle.net client and Warzone should appear as Install instead of Play. Do not install the game, instead, click on the text below Install that says ‘Locate the game.’
- Now, browse and point the game to the warzone folder that you put inside the folder we created.
- Once you do that, the Battle.Net client will initialize and the game should work.
Some other fixes for Warzone Error BLZBNTBNA00000015 on Battle.Net Launcher
- Disable the antivirus and check if the game runs. Some users have reported that disabling or uninstalling the antivirus allows them to play the game.
- Try to launch Warzone from the executable rather than the Battle.Net client. Open the Battle.Net client and then go to the install location of the game and double click on ModernWarfare.exe to launch the game.
- If you are not running the game or the launcher with admin permission, try to give the permission to the apps and check if that makes a difference.
