Players around the world have been facing an issue where if you are playing Call Of Duty: Warzone Season 3 using Xbox Live, an error is thrown at you which says “Current Profile is Not Allowed to Play”. This error has been stopping players to enjoy the game which they bought recently. We are going to share some fixes for this particular error.
Call of Duty: Warzone “Current Profile is Not Allowed to Play” Error in XBOX Live Fix
This is clearly a bug that can be fixed, but we are unsure by when it will be fixed. An Xbox Live subscription is not mandatory for playing free-to-play online multiplayer games like Warzone. It’s been like that since April 2021. Since then, the games like Apex Legends, Warzone, Fortnite, etc, can be played on Xbox consoles without paying anything. But this particular error only occurs when you are playing through an Xbox Live Subscription.
So, if you don’t need an Xbox Live subscription, then why is this error happening? As we mentioned above – it is indeed a glitch. Something is happening in the Warzone Pacific Season 3 update that triggered this particular glitch and hence you are receiving the “Current Profile is Not Allowed to Play Multiplayer” error message in Call Of Duty: Warzone. So, how can we fix this particular issue?
How to fix the “Current Profile is Not Allowed to Play” Error?
At the time of writing this article, there is only one way to bypass this particular bug. You have to log in to your console with another Xbox account that already has an Xbox Live subscription. Once you do that, this particular bug should be cleared. Try to play the game once and see if it is working or not. If everything is working properly, then you can log back in with your own account and the game should be playable. It should also be noted that Raven Software, and Warzone developers, are aware of this issue and are working on fixing it.
The devs have acknowledged this issue and hopefully, there will be an update soon where this issue will be fixed.
