This error can also occur due to a poor and unstable internet connection so make sure your internet connection is fast and stable. You can also try resetting your router/modem or try switching the connection from WiFi to Wired.
5. Force Stop ‘Vanguard user-mode service’ Process
You can also try force-stopping the ‘Vanguard user-mode service’ process to solve the issue. To do this: Open up the Task Manager app >> Process >> Find and right-click on Vanguard user-mode service >> Select ‘End Task’ to stop the process forcefully.

6. Remove Third-Party Programs
