There may be other software that can also cause the issue. While uninstalling the problematic software is a solution, you cannot uninstall everything on your computer.
Hence, to fix Valorant not starting, we suggest that launch the game in a clean boot environment. Here are the steps that you need to follow.
- Press Windows Key + R and type msconfig, hit Enter
- Go to the Services tab
- Check Hide all Microsoft services
- Now, click Disable all
- Go to the Startup tab and click on Open Task Manager
- Disable one task at a time and restart the system.
- Try launching the game, check if the error still occurs.
If the clean boot does not work and you have any of the two software installed on your system, we suggest that you delete them and the game should start.
