Fix Valheim Server Not Showing Up
The cause of the Valheim server not showing up could be due to a glitch at the server or the client end, but there is also the possibility that you would have not followed the right steps. Here is how to fix the issue.
Ensure you Select Community Server
One of the mistakes that users can make while creating the world is to fail to select the option for Community Server. This can lead to the server not to show up when users search for it. If you do not select the option, the name of the world will not be visible and players won’t be able to join. So, ensure that you have select the Community Server option. Also, give the name that is distinctive, so players are not confused with other generic names of other servers.
Restart the Game
If you have not made any mistake while selecting the world and the Community Server is selected, the issue could be that game of the players are not refreshed and it’s serving old data or there is a glitch with the server. The easiest fix after creating the server is to restart your game and request other players who want to join you to do the same. It may seem simple enough, but often, that’s sufficient to fix the problem.
That’s all we have in this guide, we hope that the Valheim server not showing up issue has been resolved with one of the above fixes. If you have a better solution, share them in the comments.
We did all these things, but unfortunately, my husband and I haven’t been able to get into e/o’s games all weekend.
