Roblox Marketplace

Roblox is one of the most popular and widely used online gaming platforms. Currently, Roblox has over 65 million daily active users globally. But unfortunately, like other gaming platforms, Roblox also has its fair share of bugs and technical glitches such as white screen issue, error code 103, and 272, and unexpected error occurred, among others. Adding to these issues, many players are also reporting that Roblox Marketplace is not loading or working properly.

Within the Roblox Desktop browser or Roblox Studio app, you will see a tab called “Marketplace”. Through this, you can find out the individual assets that you can use to create your experience and buy, sell, and trade various digital items. Well, there are a few things you can try to fix Roblox Marketplace not loading or working issues.

2. Check Your Internet Connection

3. Whitelist Roblox in Antivirus and Firewall

If your internet connection is already working fine and the issue persists, then try whitelisting Roblox in your Antivirus and Firewall application. By doing this, it will ensure that your firewall and antivirus program will not block the network traffic of the game. To do this:

– Open up the Firewall and Network Protection from your Windows Security

– Find and click o “Allow an app through Firewall”

– Locate the Roblox files and then add the game to the Exception list

– Once done, the issue should now be fixed

4. Update Roblox

An outdated version of Roblox can cause multiple issues including Marketplace not loading or working. So, make sure it is updated to the latest version. You can do it by visiting the official Roblox website or your device’s app store and checking for any new updates.

5. Close All Roblox Processes Running in the Background

Sometimes, other Roblox processes running in the background can interfere with the Roblox process so in this method, try closing down all such running programs and check if the Roblox Marketplace is working fine now. Here is how you can do this;

– Go to the Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc keys on your keyboard

– Go to the “Processes” tab

– Check for all Roblox-related processes

– Select each Roblox process one by one and click on ‘End Task’

After doing this method, Roblox Marketplace should now start loading or working fine.
