Restart Your PC

One of the quick and straightforward solutions is to simply restart your PC. Mostly, restarting the PC will eliminate the “No supported DXGI adapter was found” error in Modern Warfare 2.

Update Your Drivers

This error message mainly appears if you have not updated your current drivers. So, to fix this error, one of the first solutions is to update your drivers. To do so:
