1. Restart Your PC

First of all, simply restart your PC once and check if you are still experiencing not launching, crashing, freezing, black screen, and stuttering issues on your PC.

2. Change the Language to English in Steam

Many players have resolved the issue by changing the language to English in Steam. To do so:

– Go to the Steam Library

– Right-click on the game and select ‘Properties’

– Go to the ‘Language’ tab
