No game that is currently known in existence has survived without a bug or two crawling in it. Some issues are more prominent and can hamper gameplay greatly, while others can be resolved by just rebooting the system. Lately, players of Halo Infinite have stumbled across a bug that does not count any point while playing multiple FFA (Free-For-All) matches.
Fans of the acclaimed FPS game have noticed that while playing the FFA matches, towards the end their points do not accumulate and show a low score, no matter how many matches they have played.
Some players have even stated that they got zero scores and no credit.
Fans have also stated that even if they use an XP boost, they are not rewarded back with any XP. So far there haven’t been any updates to the game yet nor has 343 Industries come up with a solution.
Fix Halo Infinite: FFA Match Bug (Challenges Not Working)
If you are one of the players facing these problems, you can follow the quick tips below:
- Restart your system
Sometimes, rebooting your system can eradicate all the errors that your game might receive. Restart your PC or Console so check if that works.
- Check for Updates
Using an outdated version of the game can hamper gameplay greatly. Check the official website or any of their social media pages for any ongoing or upcoming updates to the game.
- Swap a Challenge Item
Some players have felt that swapping a challenge item can help with resolving the problem and helps in tracking the challenges properly.
- Reinstall Halo Infinite
Sometimes a corrupted file can also ruin the game. The only way to find out is to completely remove the game and reinstall it.
- Link your Halo Waypoint to Xbox
Some recommend going to the Halo Waypoint website and sign in with your Xbox account to help with the issue. To check your Redeem Code History, select the user icon, go to Redeem Code, and select History.
