From user reports, we can confirm that the reward appears as soon as you log-in the game again as stated in the error message. So, it’s not that big an issue. So far we have not heard players complain that they did not receive the reward in their next log-in. So, to fix the issue, simply login again and you will receive the reward.
If you want to record the reward and compare with what you actually got after the log-in, you can use the Share button on PS4 to take a video. You will see that the rewards match with what you get before the Fall Guys error “Failed to receive information about rewards from the server.”
For players on PC, there is no straightforward option, but you always have the phone camera. Simply take a screenshot of the reward and compare it to ensure you have not lost anything. As mentioned earlier, you do not have to worry about losing any rewards as there is no report of anything as such happening.
