Well, the developers have not acknowledged this issue and have not even given any temporary methods to fix the text bug in Counter-Strike 2 but there are a few things you can try to fix it.
1. Remove Text Editor or Radar Map
Some players have resolved this issue simply by removing the text editor or radar map. So, if you are using any of these, remove them from the game. You can find this when you download CS: GO, go into resources and delete the folder with the custom radar maps, and the text editor.
2. Contact Valve
