To find the Page Ash, you will have to venture into Cliffbottom Catacombs. You can find the Catacombs in Liurnia of the Lakes region. From the east side of Liurnia, keep going south of the cliffside still you find the entrance. You will have to make your way through the Catacombs till you reach the final room after climbing up the ladder. Before entering the room that has the Erdtree Burial Watchdog boss, there is a tomb in the area guarded by an Ogre. Interact with the Tomb to get the Page Ash.
