From Dec 25 – 30, Xur can be found at the Tower Hangar behind Dead Orbit – When you enter the Tower location, take a left and go to the Hangar, on reaching take another left and move past the Dead Orbit section. You will then see a staircase, go up and you will find Xur standing.

This time around Xur has some interesting weapons and armors to sell. In total 1 weapon and 3 armor pieces are on offer.
- D.A.R.C.I – Exotic Sniper Rifle – This exotic rifle was once a very popular sniper in the game. Though it still demands attention as it poses heavy damage on enemies and is extremely stable. Weapon Stats are as follows: Impact (55), Range (37), Stability (78), Handling (78), Reload Speed (64), RPM (140), Magazine (5), Zoom (40), and Aim Assistance (60).
- Sixth Coyote – Exotic Hunter Chest Armor – The active perks on this chest armor include Double Dodge (Special Ability– Gain a second dodge charge which is very useful in different game modes), Unflinching Sidearm Aim (Reduces flinching from incoming fire while aiming Sidearm), and Primary Ammo Finder (Increases the drop chance of Primary Ammo on kill).
- Ashen Wake – Exotic Titan Gauntlets – Bring the Heat is the main perk on this weapon (Additional grenade energy is granted for the final blows). The gauntlets can be dismantled to generate glimmer, legendary shards, and gunsmith materials.
- Karnstein Armlets – Exotic Warlock Gauntlets – Karnstein Armlets have Vampire’s Caress, Impact Induction, and Special Ammo Finder as active perks. The gauntlets can be dismantled to generate glimmer and legendary shards. It has a good outplay potential (continually healing during duels) so should be fun to use.
