Destiny 2 Players Are Not Receiving Witch Queen Pre-ordered Rewards/Items

The recent update of The Witch Queen in Destiny 2 is one of the most significant in the FPP Shooting game history. Bungie also announced that the players who will pre-order this update will also receive several rewards such as Throne World Exotic Ghost Shell, Legendary Emblem, The Enigma Exotic Emote, New Raid, Exotic Gear, Weapon Crafting, and much more.

This new content was declared for all main gaming platforms such as PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. But an issue came to the light where specifically PlayStation players who have pre-ordered Witch Queen, do not get their rewards/items and bonuses.

Players are reporting that they bought the collector’s edition and also redeemed the code but still they didn’t get any items as well as rewards and the game is still stating that you have to buy it. Several players have also purchased the Deluxe Edition and Anniversary but still, they didn’t get their pre-order items.

The players have tried several workarounds to fix it such as ON and OFF the game and also restoring purchase but nothing worked.

Such issues are frustrating where players go with a premium for a better experience. Furthermore, it is more disappointing as players did not get any response from the support team. However, the countless reports on this issue grabbed the attention of devs Bungie and they acknowledged they are aware of this issue.

Bungie has also confirmed that the issue is experienced by PS players exclusively. So, if you are having the same issue, hopefully, we will have its solution in the next patch/update.
