More details on Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty
Phantom Liberty is the first major story expansion to Cyberpunk 2077. This DLC will take gamers on another journey through Night City. The upcoming expansion will feature the return of iconic characters like Johnny Silverhand and more.
A story expansion to Cyberpunk was scheduled to be launched in 2021. However, the game was riddled with bugs and desperately demanded quality-of-life updates. Developers CD Projekt Red has improved the condition of the game with every major update. Today, the game is in playable condition.
CD Projekt Red is yet to reveal information on the plot of the Phantom Liberty. The expansion is supposed to add numerous play hours on top of Cyberpunk’s not so well received story.
Gamers can expect more details on this upcoming story expansion once the Edgerunners 1.6 update has rolled out. However, Phantom Liberty might seem like the only story expansion Cyberpunk 2077 will ever get. CD Projekt Red has begun working on two AAA games, according to a tweet from their official account. One of them is The Witcher 4 and the other is an alleged Cyberpunk 2077 sequel.
