Open the map, on the train tracks towards the east you can locate River’s trailer park. On reaching there just outside the tunnel, you will find a dead body lying around. If you check the archived conversation on it, you will find dialogues between JC and Little Smoke (characters from San Andreas) as they discuss trying to catch up with the speeding train.
This conversation is depicting one of the more iconic and popular missions “Wrong Side of the Tracks” from the GTA San Andreas which fans might be remembering clearly. The conversation ends with Little Smoke calling out “all you had to do was follow the damn train, JC!” as it’s clear from the scene that JC got killed from the oncoming train from the other side.

In another reference to a past biggie, Cyberpunk 2077 gives you an opportunity to get Scorpion figure as a souvenir which you can display on the coffee table of your apartment. However, for this, you need to complete a side job by the name “I’ll Fly Away”.
You can go to Mitch, near the Aldecaldoes camp, and have a conversation with him. He’ll ask you to help a friend, so go with him. Mitch will take Scorpion’s car and you can take Mitch’s car. Follow him and you will reach a canyon, near a collapsed bridge.
Step outside and you will see Scorpion dead and lying in the back of the car Mitch was driving and Mitch explains it was Scorpion’s wish to be put in his car and the car be lit on fire and then run down the canyon. So you will light the car up from the back and it will rocket off from the bridge. Go back to Mitch and talk a little bit and in the end, Mitch will hand you out a good luck charm in the form of a Scorpion figure from Mortal Kombat.
