How to Change Appearance in Cyberpunk 2077
The futuristic theme of the game makes for some admirable styles. We admit there are also bizarre things people wear, but everyone in the game has a sense of fashion and you would want to create the perfect identity for your character. Besides the style, clothing in the game is significant because it also determines the armor and bonuses you get.
To change the clothing in Cyberpunk 2077 and modify the appearance, you will have to open the inventory. For players on PC, hitting the Esc key will open the inventory. While, players on PS4 have to hit the Options button and Xbox users the Menu button. You can customize the appearance in Inventory by changing the Head (Head/Face), Upper Body (Outer Torso/Inner Torso), Lower Body (Pants/Shoes), and then there are Full-body outfits.
To change the clothing, select the slot that corresponds to the item you want to change and then, hit Enter on PC and X/A on console. Then, select the cloth you want your character to wear and the change would take effect.
In order to change the clothing of the character, the item or outfit should be in the inventory. If you have an item in the stash or storage, you will need to move it to the inventory to equip the item.
Where to Get More Clothes in Cyberpunk 2077
While you have plenty of options for clothes at your apartment, at some point you are bound to get bored with them or want a particular piece of cloth with better armor and bonus. Fortunately, the game does provide you options to get new clothes you see in Night City and the other districts. To get more clothes in the game, you need to go to Clothing shops that are located in and around Night City. You can purchase the cloth you desire by paying the tagged in-game currency for the particular cloth.
You can open the map and see the shops as Jacket icons. For PC players, hit the M button to open the map. Once you are at the shop, interact with the NCP and they will show you all outfits available in their collection.
There are other ways to get clothes in Cyberpunk 2077 without having to spend the precious Eddies. You can get clothes off of dead people. Loot boxes that are spread throughout the game can also give you new clothes.
